FASE NUEVE Priority Reservation Terms

1. What you pay for

The COP $50,000 payment is for a FASE NUEVE Priority Reservation. It is not the full device price and does not guarantee that Apple will announce, manufacture, or distribute the expected product.

2. How the payment is applied

The COP $50,000 holds your slot until the pre-order price is published. Once that price is published, 100% of the amount paid is applied as a discount on the final price and you keep your priority position.

3. Service order

Priority is determined by the date and time the gateway confirms payment. Once real availability exists, FASE NUEVE will process confirmed reservations in that order, subject to inventory and fulfilment capacity.

4. Priority window

Once purchase becomes available, the initial window is 72 hours unless another period is expressly communicated before it starts. Losing priority after expiry does not automatically forfeit the amount paid.

5. Unavailable product or expired priority

If you decide not to continue with the pre-order, or if the product never becomes available, you may expressly choose between requesting a refund under applicable rights or crediting the COP $50,000 to your FASE NUEVE account wallet, to spend on any other product or service in the store. Neither option is selected automatically.

6. Preliminary information

Names, prices, features, dates and availability for products not officially announced are preliminary. Later official information replaces prior reports.

7. Shipping

The reservation is digital and has no shipping charge. Any shipping for the final product is calculated during the definitive purchase.

8. Consumer rights

These terms do not limit mandatory Colombian consumer rights and do not replace FASE NUEVE’s privacy policy or other applicable terms.
