We operate mainly through ecommerce. Every product page states its real availability: what is in our warehouse, what is purchased from a supplier after the order, and what is imported, each with the term that applies.
Real availability
Publishing a product does not, by itself, mean there is own stock. Each page says so clearly.
Order tracking
