COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES.
Not everything a website keeps in a browser is a cookie. FASE NUEVE may use cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage depending on the function. The current inventory identifies the mechanism used by each item.
A small item associated with a site
It may be sent with web requests depending on its configuration. The current FASE NUEVE version does not create cookies through JavaScript.
Persistence in this browser
Stores key/value pairs for the same origin even after the browser is closed and reopened, until they are removed.
Tab session
Keeps information separately for each tab and is normally removed when that tab is closed.
No other local databases
The current audit found no IndexedDB, Cache Storage or service workers installed by FASE NUEVE.
The inventory only declares technologies and providers found in the current code. Tools are not listed “just in case.”
WHAT FASE NUEVE USES TODAY.
The frontend review identified first-party storage for consent, the cart, a business quote during the session, and certain optional functions. It found no analytics tags, advertising pixels, embeds or active payment gateway.
Links to WhatsApp or official websites are external navigation; they do not mean that a tracker or third-party embed is loaded inside FASE NUEVE.
FOUR CATEGORIES, WITHOUT MIXING PURPOSES.
Always active
Enable requested functions such as keeping the cart, maintaining a business selection during the tab and remembering the privacy choice. They do not include analytics.
Optional persistence
May remember appearance, favorites and that the intro has been shown. If rejected, those functions remain available in the tab when applicable, but are not persisted for future visits.
Not currently used
No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Clarity, Hotjar or other measurement tool is installed in the audited frontend.
Not currently used
No Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, remarketing or advertising personalization is configured.
COMPLETE BROWSER INVENTORY.
This table is generated from assets/data/cookies.json, the system's central source. If the code changes materially, the inventory and consent version must be reviewed together.

NO OPTIONAL PROVIDERS ARE ACTIVE.
The audited frontend does not automatically load third-party scripts, iframes, fonts, maps, videos, chat widgets, analytics or advertising. Wompi is not active either.
When a real third party is integrated, this policy must identify its name, purpose, category and relevant link. If consent is required, its code must remain blocked until the corresponding preference exists.
After leaving FASE NUEVE through an external link, processing on the destination site is governed by that third party's terms.
HOW WE OBTAIN AND STORE YOUR PREFERENCE.
The banner lets you accept optional technologies, reject them or configure categories. The choice is stored in f9_cookie_consent_v1 with the policy version, selected categories and update time. It does not need your name, email, phone number or other personal information.
MATERIAL VERSIONING
The current version is 2026.08.1. FASE NUEVE may request a new choice when categories, purposes, providers or technologies change materially—not for a cosmetic change.
The manager is prepared to prevent optional scripts from initializing until their category is allowed. Because no analytics or marketing tools currently exist, no Google consent signals or pixels are sent.
YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR DECISION.
The Cookie Preferences link in the footer reopens the panel on every page. From there, you can save a new selection, reject optional technologies or reset the choice and decide again.
- Resetting removes only the consent choice.
- It does not delete the cart, account, orders or favorites.
- Disabling a category stops future loads and writes associated with that category.
- Appearance and favorites may continue to work during the tab without persisting between visits.
COOKIES EXPLAINS TECHNOLOGIES. PRIVACY EXPLAINS DATA.
This page describes browser mechanisms and preferences. How FASE NUEVE may process personal data, its purposes and Data Subject rights are covered by the Privacy and Personal Data Policy.
The legal classification depends on the information, its purpose and whether it can be associated with a person. The technical inventory and Privacy Policy therefore complement each other without duplicating content.
THE INVENTORY CHANGES WHEN THE STACK CHANGES.
FASE NUEVE will update this policy when technologies are added or removed, their purpose changes, providers change, or a relevant legal or operational change occurs. The document date and version will be published visibly.
If the change materially affects the stored choice, the system may request your preferences again before enabling the relevant optional technologies.
