Does engraving cost anything?
No. Engraving is free, is done before dispatch and does not change the price or the warranty period.
Can I change the engraving after buying?
The engraving is done on the case and is permanent, so it cannot be changed once the order is confirmed. Check the preview before paying.
Which characters are allowed?
Letters, numbers, spaces, the marks . , ' & + - ! ? and the emoji from the list. Up to 13 characters in total, counting each emoji as one.
Which case should I choose?
If you always charge with a cable, the USB‑C case is enough. If you use a wireless pad or the Apple Watch charger, or want the Find My speaker, choose the Wireless Charging Case.
Do they work with Android?
They connect over Bluetooth to any device, but features such as personalised Spatial Audio, Siri or Find My need an Apple device.
Does the warranty cover an engraved product?
Yes. Engraving does not affect the product warranty; it does prevent exchanging it for another model, because it is personalised.
